Privacy
In short: this website sets no cookies, does not track your behaviour and sends nothing to advertising networks. The full story is below.
S&S Marketing builds and runs marketing, commercial systems and AI agents for companies, wherever they operate. You can reach us at salah@s-smarketing.com or +32 472 69 31 17. For anything to do with your data, use that same address.
The site sets no cookies. There is no analytics software running and there are no advertising pixels, including none from Meta or Google. We don’t know who you are, how often you visit or where you come from.
Two things do happen, and we should tell you about them honestly.
We keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to reply to you and to handle any collaboration that follows. We don’t sell that data, rent it out, or use it for anything other than the conversation you started.
If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply “not interested” to any message from us or send it to the address above. We will remove you the same day.
When we work together, we work inside your systems: your ad account, your CRM, your website and the tools our agents use. The data in them remains yours. We act as processor and you remain the controller. What exactly we may do and what we must protect is set out in the agreement we sign together, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.
The ad account, the business page and every enquiry received are always in your name. If the collaboration ends, you keep everything and we withdraw our access.
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. An email is enough, and we respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle this, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in Belgium or the Dutch Data Protection Authority in the Netherlands, or with the data protection authority in the country where you live.
If anything changes in how this site works, for example because we do start measuring something, we will update this page and note the date below.
